We produce bauxite, alumina, aluminium, energy and metallurgical coal, manganese, nickel, silver, lead and zinc at our operations in Australia, Southern Africa and South America. We are the owner of high-grade zinc, lead and silver development option in North America and have several partnerships with junior explorers with a focus on base metals.

Recruitment Process

  1. Upload your CV - Send in your application by attaching your CV, academic transcript and details of extracurricular activities
  2. Application Review - Our recruitment team will review each application to determine a shortlist which will be shared with Hiring Managers
  3. Interview & Assessments - Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview and complete psychometric testing
  4. Offer Stage - Successful candidates will receive an employment offer

Eligibility

  • Final-year students or students that have recently graduated within the last 2 years
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia

  • Great experience which is ideal for a graduate like me, with many different plants, machinery, and equipment. Many different interesting projects you can work on and be a part of. Mostly the people and culture are great. The work hours are great and it's great to have a long weekend every second week especially if it lines up with a public holiday, 4 days break is great, especially for those who like travelling. Great access to the southwest too!
  • Lots of opportunities and areas to develop skills. Great work environment and workplace culture. Very supportive teams to help develop my skills to succeed in my role.
  • May be required to relocate for certain rotations in the graduate program.
  • Can be a lot of driving but is a beautiful drive to work depending on where you live. Have seen handover of projects can be difficult when moving on a different rotation
  • May be required to relocate to take a career development opportunity.
  • Big divide between different departments due to size of site Classic "big company" issues - ultimately you are a number
  • Working from home means you lack the connection you would get at other workplaces
