  • First Nations Program

  • Graduate Program

This program is for you if you have graduated in the last two years or will graduate in 2023. Our graduate program starts in February 2024 and will give you access to the Deloitte Graduate Academy, which will set you up for success in your professional career. With a dedicated buddy and career coach, this program will see you working on high-impact projects alongside a cohort of graduates looking to shape a better tomorrow – just like you.

Social Responsibility

Their purpose – to make an impact that matters – has never been more important.

They help their clients and communities turn challenges into opportunities for success, especially when it comes to climate change, health, education, and skill shortages. They guide and support them so they can thrive.

  • Climate Change

They are proud to be a founding member of the Climate Leaders Coalition in Australia, an important new group of business leaders and subject-matter experts whose goal is to be a constructive and powerful voice on climate change. They're also playing our part to help our planet with real-world actions.

  • Volunteering & Deloitte Impact Day

Impact Day is a popular Deloitte tradition, providing time for their people including our CEO Adam Powick, to give back. Some of the rewarding ways they've supported our national communities include:

  • Packing hampers with hygiene essentials for domestic violence victims
  • Painting new classrooms at disadvantaged schools
  • Giving our best cuddles to rescued furry friends at animal shelters

Recruitment Process

Their recruitment process enables us to assess whether or not we are a good match for you and if you are a good match for us. Please take a look at the steps below to understand the recruitment process for their student programs.

When you apply for a role at Deloitte, you will go through these four steps:

  1. Application: It is recommended to apply to no more than two roles. Have your CV, Academic transcript (unofficial is ok), and qualification details handy before you begin.
  2. Immersive online assessment: Get to know Deloitte while we get to know you. This stage will give you a real idea of what life is like working at Deloitte. Expect real-life scenarios and questions about your working style.
  3. Short digital interview: If shortlisted, you will proceed to a brief digital interview using a video platform where you can self-record your answers to a few quick questions we'll ask. This is an opportunity for you to show us who you are and your potential fit within the team.
  4. The Assessment Day may be in-person or virtual, depending on location and health advice. You will engage in various activities such as information sessions, group case studies, 1:1 interviews, and possibly individual presentations. The exact experience depends on the applied role and business area.

Please note that this is their standard recruitment process. Some teams might have specific steps to complete outside these four.
